On iOS Safari the video player controls disappear after the first pause and won't come back without a page reload. Happens consistently on iOS 17. Firefox on the same device works fine.

Search results occasionally return the same video twice in the same results page. Not every search but happens maybe 1 in 4 times with common terms. Chrome on Windows 11.

Adding to favourites sometimes requires two taps — first tap seems to register but the icon doesn't update, second tap works. Minor but slightly annoying on mobile.
